Novitec Powerjet NT7 for Abarth 500 / 595 / 695
Easy to install using plug&drive technology. Anybody can mount or dismount the Powerjet NT7 within 10-30 minutes.
There are 3 plugs on the engine's original wiring harness which have to be connected to the Y-cables of the wiring harness of the additional ECU. In addition the Powerjet NT7 has to be connected to the cars battery.
The Powerjet NT7 reads the sensor data with multichannel-technology, modifies it and sends it to the original ECU without changing the original characteristic diagramme.
We recommend you to use fuel with 98 or 100 octane (Super Plus, high octane, Ultimate, VPower etc). This is basicly not needed, but helps if you want to have the full power. We also recommend a sport airfilter and a sports exhaust system.
Performance:- Abarth 500/595 with 135 bhp: +30 bhp / 35 Nm
- Abarth 500/595 with 140 bhp: +32 bhp / 41 Nm
- Abarth 500/595 with 160 bhp: +36 bhp / 46 Nm
- Abarth 695 with 180 bhp: +39 bhp / 49 Nm
AttentionPlease note that every chip tuning does increase engine wear a little. Chip tuning uses the reserve capacity that Fiat has programmed into the original ECU of the 1.4 TJet engine.
