Microfilter For Multiair-Unit 0.9 TwinAir Turbo

This microfilter is mounted in the Multiair unit in the cylinder head and shall protect the Multiair unit from soilings which the oil would otherwise transport into the fine oil chanels in the Multiair unit.
As with all other filters of an internal combustion engine it is recommended to replace this filter regularily to avoid the common problems with the Multiair unit (lack of power, noisy "hydraulic tappets"). This is esspecially recommend for cars whose engine did not get a yearly oil service in the past.
